• Main responsibilities and assigned tasks:

Working on (L.V, M.V, H.V, E.H.V) CABLES AND OHTL USING IEC AND VDE AND BS AND UNE Standards
1- Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company and regulatory.
2- Follow and review applying customer identification requirements for foreign customers.
3- Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
4- Daily follow-up for running work orders sample selection and in-process testing status.
5- Ensure that non-conforming products are segregated in the holding area.
6- Follow up the calibration/verification for online devices (spark testers, counter meter, diameter controlling, and lump detector) & update internal quality standards per recent
operations updates.
7- Preparing ITP & TTP (Routine tests, Sample tests, Test equipment, Test procedure, Test condition, Acceptance Criteria, Refer Standard, Minutes of meeting)
8- Responsible for non-conformities within the company and follow-up related corrective actions implementation. In Process Inspections Follow UP & Receive and analyze the finished product then pass it to the warehouse after the test. & Ensure quality discipline during the shift & Comply with Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions set by the Company.
9- R&D Projects, Improvement Projects, follow-up Trial & Approvals & handling customer complaints, work order Traceability & Final Inspection on packing, shipping process.
10- Make training for quality supervisors and technicians to improve their performance and competencies in providing quality service.
11- Non-Conformity Report (Defect, Section, Root Cause, Action taken, Corrective Action) & Supplier Product Quality Report (Material code, Supplier Name, Problem description, Traceability) & Monitor and improve the conformance of products, processes or services & Making decisions and acting based on the results of logical analysis balance with experience & HOLD tag & NCR for non-conformity products & Log NCR Analysis & Corrective actions.

• Implement Routine and Type tests for extra high voltage cable1x2500, 500 KV.
• Implement Routine and Type tests for high voltage cables1x2000, 132 KV.
• Implement Routine and Type tests for high voltage cables from 630 to 1200 mm2 and from 66 to 132 KV.
• Implement Routine and Type tests for medium voltage cables from 6 to 45 KV.
• Implement Routine and Type tests for Low voltage cables from 450 v to 3 KV
• Implement Routine and Type tests for ECU Doha Cables 400KV.
