• Planning, strategy, and goal setting for all company’s social media channels and, development of brand awareness and online reputation, content management (including website).

Main duty is to make and process reservations through proactive selling techniques to achieve room sales and revenue. The tasks include taking and replying all reservations via telephone. Review the availability as per minimum required. Extend full cooperation within and between other departments and prepare information and documents for reports.
Entering data into the comsys system and handling reservation emails from tourism companies. In addition of taking care of guests' needs and demands. Moreover, linking between the hotel receptions' and senior management levels at the company with, tourism companies in Egypt or abroad.
