• Complete ownership of the implementation of proof of concept, pilot and proof of technology projects at customer sites
• Delivering highly competitive technical presentations and product demos to the IT department and to top level management
• Conducting technical product training to customers as well as IBM business partners engaged in pre-sales and project implementation services
• Authoring competitive RFP templates and efficiently responding to customers’ business and technical requirements
• Solid technical knowledge of IBM information integration and data warehousing solutions
• Full understanding of best practices of data warehouse architectures including workload management, compression, partitioning, parallelism and data warehousing appliances
• Full understanding of data warehouse design methodologies including normalized enterprise schemas, data marts, star and snowflake schemas, methods of data aggregations and OLAP technology
• Solid understanding of the industry specific data warehousing and business intelligence solutions (Industry Platform & Solutions - IP&S)
• Technical presentations and demonstrations of IBM Banking, Retail and Insurance Data Warehouse
• Full responsibility of Configuration and Change Management products in IBM including installation, maintenance, advanced administration and project management.
• Enhancing the relation and expanding the sales with existing customers through continuous technical support and aid in project management.
• Acquiring new customers by continuously monitoring the market of software development and contacting software houses and organizations performing software development activities.
• Delivering comprehensive sales and technical presentations for all the products of the IBM Rational Software Delivery Platform at customer sites.
• Implementation of technical demos, proof of concepts and proof of technology for different IBM Rational products at potential customers' sites.
• Conducting customer enablement and training courses for all IBM Rational products
• Planning and executing the marketing plan for IBM Rational in Egypt
