• Developed high-detail LOD 400 structural Revit models and coordinated multidisciplinary MEP models (LOD 300) for high-rise and
mixed-use projects.
• Led Navisworks coordination meetings to perform clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts before execution.
• Implemented Dynamo and AI-driven automation to streamline structural modelling and repetitive production tasks.
• Integrated 4D scheduling and 5D costing simulations using Primavera P6 for improved project predictability.
• Delivered consultant-side BIM scope (LOD 350 IFC) on Skoon Project (Dubai) and Al Habtoor Tower (Dubai).

• Joined as an intern in 2018 and continued as a Trainee BIM Engineer concurrent with final-year Civil Engineering studies, beginning a
structural BIM career before graduation.
• Progressed through successive promotions from BIM Engineer to BIM Coordinator on the Grand Egyptian Museum, on the
recommendation of the General Manager and Projects Director.
• Served as acting Structural Team Leader for 6 months, covering the Structural Department Head, leading the structural BIM team,
distributing work, reviewing models, and owning consultant deliverables.
• As BIM Coordinator on the Grand Egyptian Museum, coordinated all disciplines (Structural, Architectural, MEP), interfaced directly
with the consultant and main contractor, ran clash detection, managed RFIs and IFC reviews, and maintained model health checks
under ISO 19650.
• Verified shop drawings against project standards, created detailed structural models for ZED Towers and OWEST, and extracted
accurate BOQs directly from BIM.
