Preventive and predictive inspection of whole the plant (crashers, raw mills, preheater, kiln,
clincker coolers, process fans, Solid fuel(coal) mills, Heavy fuel oil preparation and injection,
AFR preparation and transport, cement mills and packing) For 2 production lines.
* Supervise all mechanical execution jobs and ensure its quality.
* Set maintenance budget and capital investment projects.
* Prepare for schedules and major shutdowns tasks.
* Prepare Risk assessment and job plans.
* Set and implement inspection/execution job plans.
* Monitoring the machines working conditions (Vibration, temp, thermography ...)
* Make inspection analyzing sheets (wear rates, ..).
* Balance and alignment.
* Make RCA (root cause analysis, set action plans).
* Ensure safe running conditions for the equipment.
* Implement specific inspection on the SD.
* Set budget and future execution activity.
* Reliability committee member (Recording and analyze major equipment KPI’s, number of
stoppage for incident (NSFI) and set maintenance strategies for it)
* Commissioning team member for all Capital investment projects (2 coal mills, DSS, Main
Integrated filter…)
* Achieve reliability factor over 98%, reduce emergency stoppage to be between 2-4% from all
tasks.
