15 years+ experience in quality control of real-time systems, applications, portals, leading teams, and managing 80+ engineers. As Sr. Quality Manager for Asset Technology Group, I managed the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Divisions (Functional and non functional teams).
I identified opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce slippages thus maximizing revenue and minimizing leakage and directly responsible for the customer satisfaction by assuring high quality of our products and services delivered. I owned all the testing processes as well as the Quality Management System of the Organization, managing and implementing QA Processes as well and implementing the CMMI in Asset as well as the Agile track Implementation and definition.
My achievements in ASSET included changing the mindset regarding the quality from a supportive function within the organization to be a separate profitable business unit and managing to start with a team of 2 to end up with a team of 80+ engineers divided in 5 units: Services / Products / Non Functional Team / QA in addition to the outsourcing
My job included monitoring, reviewing and evaluating processes, services, and products; and introducing applicable actions and decisions according to these reviews and providing the upper management with the appropriate KPIs for the running activities whether products or services. I also designed the internal systems required for the Quality Division.
