• Drafting and writing legal document and minutes meeting, ordinary, extraordinary meetings to ensure they are in proper format and contain all thenecessary paperwork to be invalid meetings and make sure for acceptance and approval
• provide board of directors with advice and support on a wide range of legal issues.
• Holding regular casework meetings and review with to related department.
• drafting lawsuits, memorandum and briefs related to the legal precedents.
• Preparing legal documents and taxes reports to Managing Director related to the Investment Authority and the Egyptian financial market authority and representing and pleader barrister in all lawsuits
• Representing company and appearing before government department and any public or entity as customs, Ministry Of Industry And Trade, insurance companies and conciliation committee.
Responsible for providing accurate and practical advice whether that for companies or clients on all legal aspects relating to their lawsuits, which require thorough knowledge of a specific branch of the law or sound understanding of a broad legal field.
Providing advice and take all necessary action as required including but not limited to signing of all documents, forms, applications arising out of or in connection with the registration of trademarks, trade licenses, commercial registration, chamber commerce membership certifications and Federation Of Egypt Industries membership
