*Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to identify, determine and translate customer business requirements into technical solution deliverables.

*UC Architect providing full voice projects' lifecycle for enterprise financial and government organizations.

*Team Leader providing strategic technical direction, road map design, services, sub-services for the Unified Communication department.

*Responsible for all aspects of IP-based unified communication systems for Voice, Video, Telepresence and Collaboration products including high-level design, low-level design, planning, implementation, design, test, documentation, and maintenance.

*Focus on solution development and architectural design for assigned customer base with specific emphasis on the organization’s Enterprise Solutions’ global managed services and communications solutions portfolio.

*Defines project requirements using project management techniques, by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements to create, manage and develop projects plans effectively

*Responsible of providing technical test plans and methodologies to enhance productivity and ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.

*Develop clients written documents for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and conveying information.

*Participating technically for any new engagement with new clients and new deals, supporting the sales team provisioning the preferred architecture that is compliance with clients/customers business needs.

*Technical supervision for technicians and engineers in the field.
