The main purpose of the job is to provide the recruitment department with an effective source of potential pool of interested candidates through current employees.
- Recruit high caliber candidates for the positions requested by clients according to the criteria in the job description. Using database search, web recruitment and head-hunting.
- Participate in enlarging the database by screening all received CVs (from walk-ins, advertisements or references) and classify them according to our organization’s classification tree
- Implement appropriate recruitment policies and procedures / guidelines.
- Briefs candidates about the job requirement, checks their willingness, salary drawn and salary expectations, date of possible joining, and any legal commitment towards the present organization.
- Conducting initial screening over the phone in order to Shortlist Candidates
- Conducting Initial interview in order shortlist candidates more into qualified candidates for the perspective position.
- Creating candidates profile
- Report to Recruitment Manager
Recruitment.
o Receive recruitment requisition from the requesting department in order to start the recruitment process, and checking if the requisition is for a replacement, planned or a newly created position.
o Starting the recruitment processes by advertising internally if possible and externally on recruitment websites, recruitment groups and any possible (proper) effective advertising way.
o Receive and check CVs from walk-ins, referrals, E-mails, downloading from recruitment websites and our database
o Screen and short list the CVs according to the criteria illustrated in the Job Description.
o Phone screen the short listed candidates from screening the CVs.
o Coordinating for interviewing the short list created from the phone screening.
o Conducting initial interviews.
Assist in Payroll.
o Review employees’ attendance and compare it with the vacations and the missions & excuses manually.
o Calculate extra working hours.
o Add or deduct days due from last month.
o Add rewards or deduct penalties.
Personnel.
o Receive hiring documents.
o Notify the IT Department and the Administration Department to prepare the necessary for the new hires.
o Enter new hires’ data in the employees’ database system.
o Create an employee file for every new hire.
o Administer Employees files.
o Keep vacation record in the vacation system, and keep the hard copy in the vacation folder of its month.
o Keep missions & excuses record in the mission & excuse system, and keep the hard copy in the mission & excuse folder of its month.
o Administer attendance.
Coordination
o Assist the HR Manager in minor labor law information as per request.
o Organizational HR announcements.
o HR Manager - General Manager/Regional General Manager meeting agenda.
o Contact training centers and institutes to gather and report data for the required trainings.

Explain for customers what the charge was, what was it for, and the dates of the charges.
Fix low level system mistakes regarding payments and handle it with a proper action regarding the prospective situation.
Report problems that needs higher level of system credentials to the senior level of SPs, and work with them to escalate it.
Refund customers with their credit balance in their accounts as pre coordination with them if they asked for that.
