 Monthly Intercompany balances reporting for settlement and
elimination before consolidation.
 Consolidate divisional financial statements.
 Lead accounts team in standalone BUDGET preparation and
then amending numbers to nearest actual assumption.
 Run BUDGET consolidation after concerned standalone
managers approved forecasted revenue and other P&L items.
 Design consolidated BUDGET presentation and processed
required amendments as per request.
 Build correct quarter or yearly financial report pack using
ORACLE Hyperion-HFM tool.
 External auditor-PWC cooperation and finalize attested financial
reports within the 2nd month of New Year.

 Cooperating with TAG AUDIT for interim or yearly closing.
 Monthly reporting financial statements.
 Preparing new items cost table and Break-even calculation for new items or mix products wise.
 Applying and contracting on bank facilities and online services.
 Controlling factory expenses comparing with factory operating budget monthly wise.
 Filling Labor office WPS system on monthly wise after payroll carefully checking and validating.
 Monitoring monthly closing adjustment entries and tracking sheets.
 Adjusting system consumed raw material at production process against physical usage on daily wise.
 Daily comparing applied and controlled costs and adjust the difference between FG, WIP or RM.

Supplier’s reconciliations and subcontractors contracts validation and settlements.
 Customer’s collection follow up and sales invoices preparation.
 Closing monthly projects WIP and collecting compilation certificates.
 Bank L/C and L/G preparation and validation.
 Monthly closing journal entries and fix assets depreciation.
