Responsibilities:

Sales and Commercial Performance
• Implementation of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment• Ensure management of expenses and wasteful practices • Overseeing implementation of company policy and procedure in stores • Minimize shrinkage in line with targets and implementation of SLAP • Control costs within budgetary guidelines • Maximize productivity targets ( sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion etc)•Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets .
Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
• Review stock intakes in to the territory and identify any stock that could impact the territories margins• Regular warehouse visit to identify any issues and potential risks • Provision of weekly feedback to Concept on sales performance, stock positions, product feedback and special events or promotions • Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action •Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.

Business Management & Development
• Participate in implementation of new initiatives • Understand Territory dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding, etc) • Research and look for good property and locations • Manage roll-out of new projects and time-bound implementation of projects.
Operational Standards and Management
