Legal and Compliance Manger Responsibilities included:
• Provide professional legal advice on all types of matters related to the company's business.
• Preparation of legal notices, replies and other types of correspondence.
• Negotiate, Review and draft contracts, includes reviewing all types of contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and ensure the company's interests are protected and risks are minimized.
• Provide legal support to mangers and staf on all legal matters and prepare opinions on
legal questions arising in the course of business.
• Provide legal protection and legal risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
• Monitor the conformity of company personnel policies, procedures & practices to Kuwaiti Legislation.
• Ensuring that the company complies with standard legal practice and maintains standard of corporate governance.
• Follow up with external lawyers and legal counsels in relation to all cases that the company is a party of them.
• Organizing/follow up with the related governmental bodies / preparing all documentation and procedures for the General Assembly meetings
