• Telephone Cold calling other businesses for an opportunity to partner with.
• Follow up on all customer enquiries and direct customer to the correct DHL department where further information is required.
• Sourcing of “suspects” through internal channels as well as own research. Qualification of all “suspects” provided from different sources through Cold Calling, Social Selling and research activities.
• Pro actively plan lead sourcing and market intelligence activities to bring more leads.
• Pro-actively follow up with recipient Account Manager in relevant Business Channel status of “prospects” and monitor success of conversion into trading business where further information is required.
•Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
•Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
•Follow up on all customer inquiries and direct customer to the correct DHL department where further information is required
•Maintain proactive work processes to ensure teamwork, shuttle procedures and overall base performance is achieved
•Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
•Contacting leads and convert them into sales.
•Maximize revenue from existing and new customers.
•Upselling and/or cross-selling in all possible cases.
•Stay in contact with my customers through email and phone to provide instant advice and answering queries.
