Administrating VMware infrastructure environment (VMware vCenter, VMware vCloud Director, vRealize Operations Manager). -Administer and Manage RDC virtualization environments, create new VMs, Migrate, and clone existing VMs. -Own RDC Cloud environment operations, management and monitoring. -Contact vendors in case of any HW or SW issues. -Troubleshooting and maintain systems like (MS Windows Linux Like systems-VMWare). -Monitoring Data Center systems using PRTG and vROPs. -Notify customers by incidents relevant to their environments. -Handle incidents with customers and provide RDC customers by a reason for outage report “RFO”.
