Develop the IT strategy in line with the functional strategy to ensure vertical alignment (vision /mission) and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
• Ensure that the IT strategy thus developed provides efficient linkages between corporate office and other operations by having organizational wide data enterprise solutions.
• Managing IT/Telecom system setup for current branches and new branches openings.
• Network Management (HP Aruba, Avaya PBX Management, Voice and Data T1 Circuits, Windows Server Management)
• Monitors Service Level Agreements (SLA) and renewal of IT related maintenance contracts (AMC).
