* Supervise all civil and architectural work activities.
* Follow up with site engineer all factory maintenance from asphalt works, concrete slabs, creation and replacement drains, and tiles of all kinds.
* Close hazard conditions and near-miss points and unforeseen conditions and trying to take preventive actions.
* Follow up and execute with site engineer and contractors civil projects like admin buildings, underground tanks and steel sheds
* Making time schedules for the projects, followed it up, executed it and discussed it with the General Manager Engineer.
* Doing quantities survey and materials list for the projects.
* Using software “SAP system” to create a materials and service purchase request for the projects
* Follow up with purchase department for issuing purchase order.
* Follow up of material delivery with the supplier.
* Collect and follow up Sub contractor’s invoices
* Follow up with account department for supplier payment.
Worked in special palace consists of 5 villas, each includes main building, annexes buildings, swimming pool, gym, gazebo and marine work including underground tanks and utilities, my duties were:
* Supervise all civil and architectural work activities.
* Solve problems and unforeseen conditions.
* Prepare items list, bill of quantities and Materials List.
* Negotiate suppliers /sub-contractors prices in conjunction with support of procurement department.
* Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and head quarter technical office.
* Coordinate with related department for material selections and inspection.
* Follow up of material delivery with the supplier.
* Follow up with account department for supplier payment.
* Follow up with purchase department for issuing purchase order.
* Collect all technical information from subcontractors and suppliers to compile them in shop drawings.
* Preparation of bills and material cutting lists.
* Collect and follow up Sub contractor’s invoices, change order and claims.
* Liaise to the commercial department in finalizing the sub contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
* Liaise to the commercial department in the preparation of variation orders.
Worked in special palace consists of 5 villas, each includes main building, annexes buildings, swimming pool, gym, gazebo and marine work including underground tanks and utilities, my duties were:
* Execute the reinforcement and concrete skeleton works
* Execute the design drawings, manage the shop drawings and review it with the architecture drawings
* Direct supervision of all civil works.
* Inspects all work processes to ensure high quality and safety standards are being maintained by coordination with site’s foremen.
* Execute all waterproofing works on roofs, wet areas, swimming pools, and underground tanks
* Coordinating with the different disciplines
* Follow up all interior finishing works
* Follow up the landscape works
Worked in a project consists of 12 residential buildings and one hotel my duties were:
* Execute the reinforcement and concrete works
* Finishing the 12 buildings and the hotel from all block works, plastering, paints, ceiling and flooring
* Quantity surveying of executed works

Worked a part time in Pavement Evaluation by using a software program called “ICC Imaging for distresses in Pavement”
