* Supervise all civil and architectural work activities.
* Follow up with site engineer all factory maintenance from asphalt works, concrete slabs, creation and replacement drains, and tiles of all kinds.
* Close hazard conditions and near-miss points and unforeseen conditions and trying to take preventive actions.
* Follow up and execute with site engineer and contractors civil projects like admin buildings, underground tanks and steel sheds
* Making time schedules for the projects, followed it up, executed it and discussed it with the General Manager Engineer.

* Liaise to the commercial department in finalizing the sub contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
* Liaise to the commercial department in the preparation of variation orders.

* Execute the reinforcement and concrete skeleton works
* Execute the design drawings, manage the shop drawings and review it with the architecture drawings
* Direct supervision of all civil works.
* Inspects all work processes to ensure high quality and safety standards are being maintained by coordination with site’s foremen.
* Execute all waterproofing works on roofs, wet areas, swimming pools, and underground tanks
