Responsible for establishing a Quality management system and implantation of the Project Quality Plan in full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Coordinates closely with the Management representative, Project Director, the client, and the Consultant Engineer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Auditing the project departments to access the area of improvements, providing the trainings to the operatives as a part of the continual improvement, setting the trend of ‘Right at the First Time’ in the project to minimize the level of the rejection or partial approvals.
• Measuring the quality performance of the project and assessing the areas of the improvements, monitoring, and controlling of NCR’s submitting the corrective action and closing the NCRs, while making sure preventative action also is taken on time.
• Managing a group of QC Engineers/ Inspectors conducting site inspections at site, ensuring that all the required inspections are conducted in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Reviewing all submittals to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, and maintaining accurate and detailed reports of production activities, tests and inspections conducted for those activities.
• Directing the Independent testing agency / laboratory to perform all tests required by the specifications and QCS 2014, ASTM, ACI, and any additional tests needed to ensure a high standard of quality. Reviewing, establishing method statements, quality procedure and its implementation within the project.
• Leading the QA/QC team to monitor and verify the control of documentation and records procedures. Reviewing the methods and procedures of work for the various subcontractors to assure their understanding and compliance with plan and specifications of this contract.
• Periodically reviewing the Quality Control Plan to assure maximum efficiency from the Quality Organization and that is conductive to daily production efforts.
• Inspection of all materials delivered to the job site to assure their compliance with the plans and specifications and conducting off-site inspections of supplies and services.

The high rise court building consist of 80 courtrooms each, administrative and governmental offices, 23 conference rooms, cafes and associated public spaces. Large state of the art courts totaling 200 square meters include natural illumination using clerestory windows and these are augmented by the natural light that enters via the large patterned glass façade that enables the public lobbies to be filled with light. The combine automated and conventional car park building comprises three basement levels, ground floors and nineteen floors above ground floor.

Responsibilities included supervising the structural activities the project consisting of vertical elements (walls, cores and columns); supervising the fixation of reinforcement and formwork (Using Doka Framing System and SGB Framing System) and casting; slabs (Flat Slabs System); supervising formwork (decking) using Doka Tables System‐ SGB scaffolding - AKRO and bar list orders for reinforcements and fixation of reinforcement and casting; corbels (short cantilevers) which carry link bridge of the project carrying about 100 tons, supervising the fixation of reinforcement and formwork and casting; slabs of link bridge using pre‐cast beams and pre‐cast hollow core slabs as well as remedial work (carbon fiber and injection for concrete).
