Responsible for client negotiations pertaining to all commercial and contractual matters
and tender bid submittals, negotiations and reviews.
Takes an active role in business development and tender negotiations, reviews, and
meetings.
Responsible for the general management of sales activities of the company, including
but not limited to liaising with clients relevant to price negotiations, local purchase
orders, following up on payments/accounts, preparation of correspondence relevant to
project/s/contracts ..etc.
Ensures a healthy business relationship between the company and
contractors/consultant via open communication lines and regular consultations.
Ensures that commercial risks are reduced to simplest minimum if not totally
eliminated when closing sales contracts/agreements.
Apprise the management on commercial/sales performance and related developments
and analyze the significant aspects of the data gathered to ensure its maximum
application in the company’s overall sales and marketing targets and goals.
Assist in training and development of department staff in the promotion of quality
standards and practices within the department.
Maintains a watching brief on all areas of the commercial/sales and marketing aspects
of the business to ensure that the standards are agreed, set and maintained.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer
base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the

• To prepare the yearly budget and sales Projection for the department for best performance and profitability.
