Head the department of Generators.

Manage 3 Section Heads and their teams (Commercial, maintenance and exploitation sections) of 490 persons
Oversee 3 maintenance workshops, two at Bordj Bou Arreredj and one at Algiers
Effectively manage the Maintenance Department, which includes a fleet of 950 trucks and vehicles.
Overseeing logistics and 11 stores at Bordj Bou Arreridj locations and of the city
− Spearhead operations, manage and allocate resources (manpower, tools, spare parts and equipment)
− Planning, budgeting material requests for the workshop
− Ensure trouble shooting, diagnosticson equipment and vehicles are effectively implemented at all workshops
− Ensure implementation of safe working practices and procedures as per HSE compliances and regulations
− Implement effective maintenance management systems for preventive and predictive maintenance/timely response to breakdown and emergencies
− Participate in root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance meetings
− Oversee forecasting, ordering and efficient functioning of stores for tools, machines, spares, consumables
− Manage local contractors/vendors
− Mentor, train, develop personnel

Achievements at SPA Condor
• Reduced down time of Trucks from 40 % to less than 10 % within one year
• Increased the percentage of realized orders on time from 40 % to 85 % on average
• Reduced fuel consumption of fleet trucks from 48 L/100KM to 33 L/100KM
• Implemented transportation management system (TMS), warehouse management system (WMS)
• Increase the resources usage percentage from 45 % to 70 %
• Effectively reorganized the existing workshops at Bordj Bou Arreridj and Alger and established new workshop at west “ORAN”

Ensured maintenance of drilling rig equipment such as draw-works, top drive, power generators, mud pumps, and hydraulic power units

Responsible for the daily and preventive maintenance & troubleshooting for Hydraulic system of Injection Moulding Machines.
