•MOFA KSA: 35 remote sites worldwide configuration using Cisco Call Manager version 10.5, Cisco Unity Connection version 10.5, Cisco IM & Presence Version 10.5, Unified Communication Manager Express version 10.5, Cisco Unified Express version 8.6, SRST Manager version 10.5. Cisco Unified solution delivery by designing and implementing HQ in Riyadh.
•Hapag-LIoyd: three clusters worldwide and 125 overseas branches configuration using Cisco Call Manager version 8.6, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco Attendant Console, the Data center solution (Cisco Nexus 7000, Nexus 5000, and Nexus 2000), and Cisco Switches and Routers.
•World Bank: three clusters and 105 overseas branches configuration for Voice High-Level and Low-Level Design, Cisco Call Manager version 8.6, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, Cisco Voice Gateway, and Cisco Attendant Console.
•Mondi: High-Level Design and Low-Level Design, Cisco Switching solution configuration for the main site and four branches.
Developed, configured, and implemented Quescom SIM server products, IBM Ethernet Switches and Routers (4003 M&S series), different routing protocols, core, and edge switches. Installed and troubleshot Cisco Unified Communications (UC) product solutions, including Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Contact Center, Call Manager Express, Unity Express, and TelePresence. Established strong relationships with IBM Customers when assisting with the configuration and installation of Cisco Voice solutions.
