● Effective management for variations & claims commercial closure ensuring that the project performs within the defined commercial expectations.
● Efficient processing of the Interim Payment Applications to the Employer and issuing the S/Cs’ Payment Certificates.
● Establishing and maintaining necessary records to ensure project commercial compliance contracts - insurances/bonds/warranties / indemnities etc.
● Updating BOQ, Claims and Variations Logs with Employer in compliance with the project requirements.

● Negotiating contract terms with internal and external partners.
● Responsible for preparing the detailed estimates for various multi-billion-dollar oil and gas
projects.
● Developing and verifying MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities.
● Responsible for preparing the multi-discipline concepts, detailed and definitive cost estimates for
the company capital projects.
● Reviewing the estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliances are within the defined
work scope.
● Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
● Working and assisting the project management and contracting personnel for bid analysis and
contract negotiations.
● Coordinating with the team members for estimating methods and preparation directions.
● Performing upgrades on changing developments in estimating advances by; reviewing technical
literature, contacting with contractors, performing visits at construction locations and attending
professional and technical meetings.
● Responsible for revising and comparing the incoming quotations & proposals from different
suppliers and subcontractors.
● Prepared and developed various documents such as tender documents, bills of quantities and
other technical reports.
● Carried out making price analysis for the new materials ordered by the client.
● Prepared take-offs from the drawings and compared with the site measurements.
● Responsible for preparing the subcontractors’ payments and monitored all executed site works.
● Submitted the detailed invoices for the client.
● Prepared, submitted and followed up all the variation orders.
● Carried out site visits to investigate the project requirements, and generated information
regarding the submitted variation orders.
● Established active communication with the various stakeholders which include site engineers,
project manager, consultant, and subcontractors.
