• Specific Responsibilities:
- Graphic Designer & Desktop Publisher for software, websites, manuals, brochures, presentations, Books, etc.
- Checking and revising the finished work:
- Revising the work of the DTP to ensure higher quality.
» Find the Best Suitable In house Translator to match the incoming tasks from PMs.
» Monitoring the Progress of the Running Tasks by Communicate with In house Translators to delivery in Time.
» Coordinate the Tickets from PMs, and then back with required Resources.
» Make contacts and recruit Resources to able to work with our PMs.
» Mainly, Make Training sessions to the resources contacted by our Dep. To teach them how to work with Translation Tools. Regarding PMs Priorities.
» Make arrangement Report for Schedule of the Resource’s availabilities.
» Make Weekly Report to inform Dep. Manger with Last Status of training.
» Worked in Team from 4 People.
» Make All works that come to company from Advertising and Banners & Flyers, In-Door, Out-Door Works and other works related with Graphics.
» Worked as Graphic & Multimedia Instructor for 6 months in 2 Training sessions in Graphic & Multimedia Diploma from It-Blocks in association with Ministry of Comm.
