-Implantation of Food certifications
-Internal and external audit
-Redaction and Follow-up of the HACCP plan
-Follow-up of the food control plan
-Redaction and follow-up of specifications and of labels
-Redaction and implementation of Quality tools and procedures
-Create and Follow-up of a dashboard and of quality indicators
-Participation and writing of the management review
-Management of complaints (customers and suppliers)
-Management of non conformities (CAPA)
-Traceability & Recalls of product
-Responsible for the quality control of finished products
-Prepare reports on each test preformed for measuring quality or production
specific factors
-Assist in application quality standards and ensure that production is maintained at
such standards
-Prepare graphs, charts and reports from test results
-Keep records of all quality tests that have been carried out
-Perform quality control analysis
-Maintain the corporate quality manual and quality records
-Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and non-conformity
-Ensure all check sheets are correctly completed and all non-compliance found
have had the correct action taken and signed off
-Arrange, coordinate and participate in external quality audits
-Provide training, coaching and mentoring to new team members.
-Conduct control of finished products
-Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
-Conduct documentation review of hazard analysis, food safety and quality
documents
-Assists in audits and shelf life projects
-Manage customer complaints
-Ensure appropriate actions and preventative measures are in place
-Handle quality, technical or customer support issues, while escalating more
complex issues to appropriate staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Technology : Food Quality Control
Baccalaureate section : Experimental Sciences
