• Review of Basic and Detailed engineering of New FCCU supplied by UOP, which includes P&ID and Detailed Design review.
• Finalization of battery limit for new FCCU
• Finalization of Tie in points in existing FCCU
• Coordination between DEC, Operations and Technical Services for issues related to FCCU

De bottlenecking:
Member of a team carrying out study for Debottlenecking of PTA plant from 640 KTA to 730 KTA.
Technology Know How:
Well versed with PTA Manufacturing technologies (1980s to latest) from M/s Invista Performance Technologies (Earlier Dupont)
Modeling and Simulations:
Well-versed and trained with Aspen Plus simulator, HTRI and Hysis.
Process Safety and Risk Management:
2 days workshop attended for Process Safety and Risk Management organized by Dupont Safety Resources & Reliance Industries Limited at Hazira, Surat.

Member of Hazira Innovation Council, which works towards innovation in process and Technology.

Rated “ Excellent” in internal annual PLI (Performance Linked Incentives) Scheme in 2006-07 & 2007-08.

As a Chemical Engineer I got exposure to project execution in totality, which includes following activities:

• In-situ Operation of Pilot Plants using Membrane Biological Reactor Technology
