Assortment planning- decide upon merchandise to be kept across stores.

Conduct market surveillance in terms of competitor retailers’ product and model mix, operating selling prices, promotional offers, visual merchandising, and customer traffic/footfalls.
Prepare and monitor check list of daily opening and closing activities in the department.
