Heading Kuwait branch office with of sales team representing LENOVO, ACER, WD, SEAGATE, KINGSTON, ASUS, XFX, APACER, SYNOLOGY, ESET, QNAP and so on. FDC is largest distributor of PC components in entire region with in-country operations in UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jorden and Egypt. As Country Manager I am equally responsible for Retail, Wholesale and ProValue divisions.
Single point of contact for major retail & channel customers. Planning of different sales programs to motivate the customer to achieve the targets.
Managing Local Branch office, helping Operations team to work in line with guidelines from HQ.
Vigilant eye on Stock levels, reordering of stock based on market requirements.
Keeping coordination between, Management, Operation, Finance, and Sales & Marketing and after Sales Support.
Developing and managing BD activity around key target sectors.
Meeting up with various officers in Sales, purchasing and finance departments of clients, understanding their needs and coming up with suitable solutions. Acting like a bridge between customer & company and explore possibilities of long term business to increase the sales numbers by providing utmost support to the customers.

Selling Active & Passive solutions to Corporate resellers engaged in Smart Building solutions, IT Tenders (Government & Large corporate accounts). Targetted brands: HP Procurve, Juniper, Bluecoat, Extreme Networks, Avaya, APW, Molex etc.
Sale & Marketing of IT Products to Hypermarket, Mega & Electronic superstores. Brands targeted: HP (IPG, PSG, SUPPLIES), ASUS Notebooks, ACER Notebooks.
Investigating and forging strategic alliances and partnerships for participation in major infrastructure developments.
Implementing a sales plan that will build an ongoing project pipeline for our target sectors.
