• Training Need Analysis - Conduct and compile the yearly TNA

• External Training - Manage external insurance courses and certifications, for e.g., BIBF, EIBFS, LOMA, CII, AGI, etc.
• LMS and Tool Management - Responsible for managing and promoting the Cornerstone LMS (iLearn) and ensure 100% tracking of training data in the system, curriculum building and leveraging the advanced LMS functionalities, manage other tools like MindTickle, WebEx
• Reporting and Analytics - Prepare complex reports to be submitted to the management and Government authorities, track compliance training completion
• Budget Management - Manage the training budget and work with the Finance department in allocating funds

ROLE
• Effectively collaborate with HR Business partners to perform TNA and prepare training calendars, training plans
