Perform month end close activities related to cost accounting
Prepare actual Costs analysis and compare it with estimated costs to indicate any variations and find this variations reasons. Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expenses which needed for decisions making support
Analyze changes in product designs to determine effects in costs
Prepare estimates of new and proposed product or service costs
Recommends cost efficiency in new product layouts
Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products
Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing process to achieve full control on material and Working hours
1. Assist in the planning and implementation of the accounting work by the principles and the accounting policies adopted.
2. Review and approve all transactions relating to the payment of cash from petty cash.
3. Follow the accounts receivable and payable and matching account statements.
4. Follow the company's accounts in the banks, and make sure the correct of their balances and prepare a reconciliation of bank statement.
5. Supervision the preparation of accounting entries and recording it in accordance with the systems policies and applicable laws and the adoption of accounting entries.
6. Make sure record-keeping and financial and accounting documents in a proper way to facilitate reference and revision, if necessary.
7. Prepare the balance of Review monthly reconciliations and procedures required for authenticity.
8. Expenditure analysis, and compared it with the estimated expenditure and the actual expenditure. In the past years and the preparation of financial reports and analyzes that show the financial performance.
9. Coordinate and arrange inventory and create requirements.
10. Prepare final accounts and financial position at the end of the year and the preparation of reports the results achieved.
11. Helping to create the conditions and requirements for the external auditors.

2. Prepare Adjusting Entries including depreciation, prepayments, provisions and accruals Reconciliation
3. Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
4. Analyzing data collected and recording results
5. Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
6. Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
7. Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance
8. Responsible for holding manufacturing plant management accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls
9. Prepare Monthly Reports about the Cost of Raw Materials and Spare Parts
10. Do a regular inventory and annual inventory of the stores
