- Manage the team of Facilities Managers, Engineers & coordinators and ensure that a high-quality team is maintained including performance management, succession planning, and personal development.
- Manage the overall FM Projects in all business areas; set a budget plan and make sure that financial targets are achieved, contractual issues related to the day-to-day running, cash flow, financial statements, activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance activities with the goal of improving overall projects reliability and ensuring Client satisfaction.
- Ensure all statutory compliance, PPM visits, and certifications are completed where required, issued, and up to date for the area.
- Ensure client business continuity is maintained at all times with specific attention to reporting on performance of reactive and planned works.
- Ensure service providers are operating to agreed contract agreements and take action to ensure this is maintained.
- Prepare the budget and manage overall cost efficiencies within the management of the contracts and implement appropriate actions.

- Supervises administrative services skilled and technical/support staff, hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines and recommends dismissal of staff as necessary.

- Communicate regularly with the client’s Management and staff, providing necessary support and information on the status of all areas under his management.

- Ensures that services are reviewed and refinements made to enhance Facility Management services across the assigned portfolio proactively.
- Manages and operates both soft and hard services.
- Develops a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality service.
- Ensures customers live in a quality environment and that service level agreements are agreed and met in full to the customer's satisfaction and liaises with the client at all times.
- Monitor and audit outsourced contractors in respect of the day to day operation of all Building Services Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement a facilities management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Creates, implements, and maintains department repair and capital improvement budgets; ensures compliance with budgetary constraints; and forecasts and plans facility improvements.

- Establishment & implementation of departmental policies, procedures, objectives & conferring with board members, employees to maximize output & ensure smooth functioning of the facility management team.
- Overall operational management, strong strategic planning, evaluation & transaction with subcontractors to maintain all the major machines, MEP plant, civil plant & all the mechanical equipment in parallel with the routine preventive maintenance.
- Research, evaluation & advice best technical solutions to maintain the good working condition of all the technical, mechanical, etc. equipment & assets of the company.
- Research & evaluation of MEP drawings, designs proposed by the Fit-out contractors & implement the best option.
- Liaising with management team, planning, implementation & management of long-term strategic plans for the development of operational activities.
- Revenue expenditure management - to be updated with best market price & practice, quality, specification of technical materials, equipment, etc. & advice to install the best suitable.
- Prepare, direct & control budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments & increase efficiency & improve profitability by utilization of available resources.
