◦ Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, payroll,
reconciliations, cost centers, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Oversee daily sales operations through Foodics POS system, including sales invoicing, customer
statements, receivables tracking, and collections reconciliation.
• Monitor and record collections from sales representatives and ensure accurate posting in the
accounting system.
• Supervise four corporate bank accounts with Al Rajhi Bank, including daily transaction monitoring
and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage supplier accounts, purchase entries, expense recording, advances, and petty cash settlements.
• Lead cost control processes for kitchen operations, raw materials, and inventory management to
maintain optimal food cost ratios.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, cash flow summaries, and management reports.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns through ZATCA platform and ensure full compliance with Saudi tax
regulations.
• Handle HR and governmental platforms including Qiwa, Mudad (WPS), GOSI, Chamber of
Commerce, Ejar, Balady, and Ministry of Commerce portals, etc.

Maintained the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Managed accounts receivable, including payments, credit/debit memos, and adjustments.
Monitored daily sales and collections, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

• Record journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and financial statements.
• Manage fixed assets records and updates.
• Support inventory control and stock reconciliation processes.
