Develop & implement HR practices & objectives encompassing empowerment, quality, productivity and other related factors as a continuous development cycle for the workforce.
Collaborate with the senior management and other department heads in planning & implementing effective human capital plans to fulfill resource requirements with appropriate candidates across the organizational hierarchy.
Assess factors like job market, business trends, employee expectations and Saudi Commission for Tourism& notional heritage and Hospitality standards as well as organizational policies & procedures for reengineering compensation & benefit plans.
Organize various external & internal training programs for employees based on identified training needs and other related factors.
Manage human resource related legal/ statutory compliance, ensuring professional and personal growth objectives.
Ensure compliance to organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in day to day functioning of the
section.
Define/ implement strategies, quality procedures and prepare business plans for accomplishing organizational
business objectives.
Implement effective knowledge management systems and processes for sharing of knowledge, expertise,
professional experiences within the section.
