- Conduct engineering technical reviews starting from FEED, 30%, 60%, 90%, to IFC.
- Responsible for processing and approving field engineering changes, method statements, RFIs, and material submittals, ensures
that contractors submittals are incompliance to applicable client specifications and standards.
- Responsible for project interfaces to ensure effective engineering exchange, and construction coordination between various
project stakeholders.
- Develop project management policies and procedures within the project phases, to insure contractors, sub-contractors, and
vendor’s are in compliance until project handover to end user.
- Leading project weekly and monthly progress meetings, participate in project scope change orders negotiations, conduct
engineering safety review (LPP, PSSR)
Work at construction site to ensure that all engineering standards/issues are implied and solved.
- Engages in Pre-Commissioning activities including site walkthroughs, punch closing, completions packages, and manages
mechanical completion process.
- Responsible for developing project documentation package, hand it over to the end user in accordance to project standards.
- Review and process contractor’s invoices, contractor’s claims, conduct negotiation reviews, and conclude it to final settlement.
- Develop and monitor project closure reports and contact close out procedures.
Lead Quality Control Engineer
Project: South Gate Entry Control Point (ECP), Riyadh ($ 14 MM)
Client: US Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District, US Air Force 64th CE
- Responsible for managing company quality control system, develop quality policies and procedures, ensure compliance with government regulations and standards, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and
leading quality weekly progress.
- Resident Management System Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers system, responsible for overall management of Contract Administration (RFI’s, Correspondence, Contractor/Subcontractor key personnel, Payrolls, Insurances) Finances (Pay Request). Submittals (Submittal Register/Transmittal Log) and Schedule.
- Prepare Pre construction submittals (Quality control plan, area use plan, security plan, safety plan, implementation plan, and Hazard analysis), materials samples, testing log reports, and design submittals.
- Implement quality control reports, Prep/Initial Phase Inspection Reports, Hazard Analysis, Deficiency Tracking, QA/QC Punch List Items, Features of Work, 3 Phase Inspections, and Warranty Items throughout the project.

Project Engineer
Project: Design/Construct, Construction of Pier, Yemen ($ 5 MM)
Client: US Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District, Yemeni Coast Guard
- Provide Engineering review and assessments, and prepare technical reports to senior-level staff members.
- Review shop drawings, Prepare material submittals, coordinate with the Suppliers based on project specifications Monitor and control project scope, schedule and cost. Ensure gaps are identified and mitigated in a timely manner.
- Day-to-day management of construction site, supervising and monitoring all site activities.
- Responsible for technical issues on site, coordinate between contractors and subcontractors as required.
- Monitoring site drawings registers, ensuring all materials used and work is being performed as per specifications and drawings; Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant, overseeing quality control, ensure health and safety on site. - - -
