-Responsibilities:
•Daily management of the site including labor force, plant and the work of any subcontractors.
•Ensure that all daily and weekly targets are met.
•Check and ensure effective coordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
•Coordination and review of shop drawings with the technical office before and during execution.
•Completion of concrete works for four residential buildings according to the schedule not exceeding five months
•Ensure that the inspection requests have been approved in all finished subsequent activities.
•Resolving of any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise, while ensuring the quality of the required specifications.
•Ensure that the works are completed on time and according to the project schedule.
•Ensuring deploying company's workforce crews according to work priorities.
•Cut and fill activities and completion of foundations (Raft, combined and isolated foundations) and all other civil work related to the subsequent floors.
