 Maintenance work for Zain fiber optic network covering all areas within the Kingdom (24/7 service):

 Prepare incident reports; including cause of cut, and actions took to repair it (civil works, cable pulling and joint installation)

Responsible for data analysis and post processing of all gathered for report generation that will serve as basic for RF acceptance using Probe Investigation and Assistant
