Managing VAT, Accounts Payable and Receivable sections.
• Responsible for VAT Preparation, returns and Refund.
• Construct an excel sheet for daily reconciliation and updating forecast file to ensure cash flow.
• Responsible for Account Payable and Receivable.
Fully responsible for monthly closing at SABIC Supply Chain Services.
• Preparing daily reconciliation and updating forecast file to ensure cash flow.
• Responsible for monthly operation template, Financial controlling template, Accrual and reversal template.
• Issuing SD (Sales Order) and invoices.
• Check and reviewing Cost Centre through SAP system.
• Construct an excel sheet that showed the relationship between the profit centers of the company. The excel was constructed at a high-end level, which was chosen to be presented to the president of the company.
• I worked with the Treasury team, I helped them with the bank guarantees and with communicating with the banks to extend them.
• I worked reporting team. I was assigned to deal with the Internal Auditors and with the Government Court of Audit (GCA). I was able to reply and to fulfill their questions and concerns. During this assignment as well, he was able to create excel sheets that helped process the questions that the GCA had.
