Role Summary: Leading and managing BIM centers in Egypt, Athens, and Palestine with 54 employees and a total projects value of $2.5 M+, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Estimation. Responsibilities include overseeing BIM implementation throughout the projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope, and budget. The role also entailed developing strategic plans and driving business development for BIM & Digital Practice within the company.

- Develop/direct corporate BIM/Digital strategies, workflows, and procedures, as well as oversee their execution
- Establish a Digital Practice Team equipped with essential Tech applications, including BIM, VR, AR, and AI
- Drive digital project delivery by leveraging both internal and emerging tools to continuously improve
- Stay well-informed of advancements in BIM technology and Digital industry trends to enhance team performance
- Offer technical guidance to elevate BIM delivery standards and functional capability in alignment with ISO 19650

Role Summary: Leading and managing a $5 million Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation with a team of 8 engineers for the Mall of Oman project ($472 million project value), the role entails managing daily BIM operations, providing leadership, and improving implementation efficiency.

- Directing the BIM execution plan and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure adherence to BIM standards.
- Developing a strategies to optimize technology use & apply lean practices to reduce redundancy across platforms
- Collaborate with the construction team to guarantee the effective use of BIM models to improve construction coordination, scheduling, and sequencing
- Increased decision-making capabilities for the stakeholders by delivering high visual/tabular reports
- Review & Maintain BIM model conformity, data accuracy, and completeness with project and industry standards

Role Summary: Managing and leading the daily operations of Palestine's BIM center (31 employees), including strategic plan development, execution, quality control measures, follow-up progress reports, and final project handover and closure. one of The key duties of this post was to lead the strategic partnership between CCC and Birzeit University as a showcase for the academic-industry relationship. This relationship aims to improve the capacities of college students by utilizing cutting-edge construction technologies and providing worldwide exposure through CCC's global projects.

Role Summary: Supervising a Building Information Modeling (BIM) service contract with a total value of $2.4M and a team of 5 engineers for ADP project ($1.3+B contract value), the role was a consultancy that requires multiple trips to the project during the year and involves interacting with the client and stakeholders as well as maintaining positive relationships and promoting the BIM implementation within the project.

- Maximized efficiency of BIM implementation thru reducing spent man-hours from the QS, Planning, Procurement & Engineering teams by developing major deliverables directly from BIM Models
- Indorsed the use of BIM and 3D design to increase constructability and reduce design conflicts on site

Role Summary: Leading the BIM team in Palestine to carry out the center's daily operations and activities, I was one of the founders of the BIM Center of Excellence in Palestine, and one of my primary responsibilities was to build the BIM center's capacity and lead its growth as a separate business unit to extend its service to CCC projects worldwide.
