Negotiated several contracts and business opportunities with the Armament Authority for several security projects.

ICAPITAL LLC focuses on Enterprise Information Technology Solutions for the Healthcare Industry. Working with Hospitals and Primary Care Centers to automate their internal processes and develop unified Electronic Medical Records for all patients (inpatients and outpatients).
Grew the company from inception until it reached 150 employees. Revenues were north of USD 30 Million per annum.

I gained extensive experience in developing and realizing business plans, management of employees, corporate governance, financial performance of the business, marketing strategies, business development and operations management and projects management. In addition to the industry specific skills acquired in our target clients industry of health care.

Worked with the leadership team to restructure the company from a traditional sales oriented organization to become business units centric with each business unit becoming profit-oriented.

Managed the eBusiness Unit which consisted of a team of 25 employees to promote sales and implementation of advanced eBusiness solutions including CRM, Document Management and Process Automation technology solutions.
