• Coordinating the material ordered from Vendors through getting the forecasted purchase requisition from Demand Department and evaluating them according to their previous sales performance and the stock situation in the company warehouse.

• Solving pricing issues in the system with Finance Department.

• Issuing final purchase order and sending it across to the vendor to arrange for shipping.

• Receiving first draft of the invoice from vendor, checking if they meet the standards and determine whether they are valid to be shipped.

• If the goods are valid to be received from the company side, provide OK- -to-Ship order to the vendor to prepare for shipping the goods.

• Monitoring the inbound delivery and correcting any errors.
