Assists employees around the Western Region. IT Service Desk, deals with system tickets, and troubleshooting technical issues for
employees.
I have complied with the IT Support department's goals: Tracking reports on service-level agreement (SLA) reporting, Complaint
Devices, Early Training Attendance, Customer Satisfaction, and Compliance with IT Policy.
In that time, I encountered several issues and changed the IT infrastructure. One of the most prominent cases
(Network Survey Infrastructure) is to build a local network in some position of a mall.
