Analyzing the local and GCC Market, and based on that, formulating strategic action plans on market trends and customer’s information.
Maintaining loyalty among existing customers by conducting regular review visits & seeking new prospects.
Building active customer sales pipeline of clients.
Maintaining a weekly log of sales activities, communicating contacts & updating clients’ profiles.
Designing a framework for the promotional activities required to establish new companies.
Maintaining client and prospect database.
Collaborating with communications personnel to promote new products and services.
Conducting professional presentations to prospective clients
Providing customer service regarding products and services.
Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
