Succeeded -as production operations team leader along with projects division- to put in production 9 natural gas wells from “Grand Nooros Project” with all relevant facilities to reach 950 MMSCFD through 2015-2016 without any “LTI’s”. The real challenges were limited resources, urgent demand for gas, and the criticality of “SIMOPS”.
2. Deploy and manage resources to fulfill the requirements of the agreed programs of work.

4. Direct and support the activities of the On-Job-Training “OJT” to maintain and enhance the technical competence of operations personnel.

Senior Process/Operations Engineer (Onshore & Offshore) at Belayim Petroleum Company (PETROBEL)

1. Achieved the proper shareholders' hydrocarbons allocation procedures of the final products through Excel using the "Standard Compositional Method". It was complicated to validate the program in all cases due to presence of a lot of shareholders and the probability of applying a lot of different operational scenarios.
2. Succeeded -as team leader- to replace of the mole sieve desiccant-bed charge of gas dryers one by one effectively while keeping the plant in operation with half load to minimize production losses in NGL plants through the years 2011 & 2012.
3. Manage the process engineering progress, production data, and preparing/follow-up the production plan to provide the required contribution to the achievement of the company's objectives.
4. Supervise and improve the performance of the junior engineers and operators through directive and supportive manners.
5. Supervise the preliminary process upset/failure investigations/studies in order to find out the root causes and to prevent re-occurrence by implementing recommended remedial actions.

1. Achieved -as team member- the reduction of operating cost of mole sieves gas dryers by modifying the upstream high efficiency filter separator to a new configuration which increased its filtration efficiency and leaded to extended life of the mole sieve beds.
2. Monitoring the performance of the plant, in order to avoid the off-spec product to storage which may have serious economic consequences.
3. Analysis of all the operational parameters to get the optimum conditions for maximizing the productivity and running the plant smoothly and safely.
4. Issuing and follow-up all plant maintenance activities work orders through "SAP" system which enables us to measure the maintenance effectiveness "KPI's".
