Develops regional sales strategies for the northern region, covering areas such as Medina, Yanbu, Tabuk, Skaka, Hail, and Hafr.

Manages HVS (High-Volume Selling) accounts within the general trade channel, aiming to boost volume growth, enhance customer service, and facilitate channel transformation for wider coverage and increased efficiency. Also, provides valuable insights to the distribution team.

Monitors channel performance in the assigned region, ensuring targets are met through meticulous planning.

Identifies opportunities for performance enhancement and proposes solutions to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including the opening of new accounts and setting channel-wide goals.

Conducts daily analysis of product categories, packaging variations, and flavor preferences, focusing on identifying gaps and potential opportunities.

Presents performance metrics, key KPIs, challenges, and suggested solutions to the Channel Development Manager.

Oversees stock levels across distributor branches within the designated region.

Facilitates coordination among various departments and the BCO (Back-Office) team to ensure seamless operations.

Identifies potential new accounts and opportunities for growth within existing accounts, leading negotiations of PDAs (Pricing and Distribution Agreements) within company guidelines and budgetary constraints. Also, monitors performance and compliance, taking corrective action when necessary.

Ensures compliance with BDA (Brand Development Agreements), providing necessary support to achieve channel objectives.

Conducts regular market visits to assess adherence to execution standards, discusses findings with the Channel Manager, and coordinates corrective measures in response to competitor activities.

Conducts monthly price surveys across all GT (General Trade) channels and collaborates with the WS (Wholesale) team on monthly initiatives.

The study aims mainly to study the evolution of the production and consumption of juices and dairy products manufactured in Egypt, as well as the study of the marketing trends and the evaluation of marketing efficiency for each. The study results showed that the growth of the quantity of production of juice products averaged around 63,840 tons with an increase of annual rate of about 10.61% per annum, and dairy products as well as the growth rate reached about 87,200 tons annual rate of increase was around 17.16% per annum. Marketing Efficiency products juices sample study of about 45.5% and for dairy products also estimated amounted marketing efficiency of about 66.2% of the average of the study sample, as the results of the study showed that the most important factors affecting the marketing efficiency of the juice products is the retail price variable through an inverse relationship (the higher the price lower the demand and vice versa). On the other hand, the processed dairy products retail price variable has been the main factor of influence over the marketing efficiency where it shows an inverse relationship sales volume (by a factor of decline of 4.46) ,,, The study results has also showed that the most important marketing challenges for the juice products were the low percentage of juice concentration inside the packs, and the lack of attractive marketing and advertising campaigns and airing frequency. On the other hand, the sales channel is weak and rely only on Wholesalers (indirect sales) without focusing on expanding and enhancing the market players existing sales force and marketing capabilities. As for the processed dairy products, main challenges were difficulties in storage, relatively higher prices than loose milk and the fragility of the pack.
