•Leading a team of legal assistants in attending efficiently in litigations, audit of contracts, dispute resolutions as well as collections and other legal tasks of our group of companies.
•Advising business leaders on significant legal issues impacting business, including drafting and hands-on negotiations of diverse commercial, investment agreements.

•Filing reports, registering criminal and labour complaints, follow up all proceedings and represent the group in litigations at police stations, public prosecution, criminal court, rent committee, alternative dispute resolution, labour court and all levels of courts.
•Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
•Screening, assessing power of attorneys along with other legal documents like mortgage, contracts & MOA and facilitating the authentication or attestation in proper authorities.
Undertaking measures in collecting overdue accounts from clients such as drafting legal notices, writ orders and settlement agreements
• Drafted and prepared various legal documents and contracts in both Arabic and English languages.
• Researched, analyzed and developed all suites and memorandums in lease, insurance and banking disputes.

• Lodging complaints in police stations, public prosecution, criminal court, rent committee, alternative dispute resolution and labor court, follow up all proceedings in all levels of court until execution of judgment.
• Creating draft of memorandum for submission in the court of first instance, appeal, cassation and executions courts related to civil, commercial, transaction and criminal law.
• Drafting writ order in relation to urgent petition like attachment of properties, travel ban and freezing of bank accounts.
