•Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts’ managerial and departmental executives for comprehensive client servicing, achieve targets and maximum productivity implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to exceed targets set.
•Formulate and negotiate corporate offers and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence.
•Closely monitor accounts revenue and businesses production for the accounts and maintain up to date account and database in property management system.
•Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
•Produce sales leads for other Rotana Hotels outside the coverage area.
•Update the property Sales Management on the negotiation/ Progress of every business deal and use the technology available for reports, communication and client correspondence.
•Provide feedback to the Director of sales on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research.
•Participate in any Training/ Development schemes as recommended by the Senior Management.
•Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
•Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies procedures.
•Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepares the offers and promotions.
• Coordinates with the Food and Beverages team once there is a Corporate Banquet event.

3. Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
4. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
5. Prepares letters of confirmation.
6. Communicates reservation information to the front desk.
7. Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
8. Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
9. Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
10. Helps develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
11. Prepares expected arrival list for front office use.
12. Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.

Managing the company’s digital presence on websites, blogs and social channels. Creating new business proposals. Developing marketing agendas. Putting together promotional materials, programs, and events. Being the key contact for consumer feedback. Researching and analyzing competitors. Executing marketing campaigns across numerous channels. Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Managing the timelines and deliverable's for new product development. Planning and executing new marketing initiatives. Communicating with target audiences. Sourcing new sponsorship opportunities. Managing customer relationships. Tracking sales data. Monitoring competitor activity. Responding quickly to requests for information and data.
Responsible for the first face-to-face interactions between the customers and the resort for reservation and reception purposes.
Duties:
• Welcoming guests to the hotel in polite, friendly and helpful manners
• Handling online reservations and requests
• Maximize sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs
• Keeping up to date on all hotels products, services, pricing & promotional offer
• Being a point of contact for guests should they have any inquires
• Wide knowledge in using PMS accounting system
• Dealing with Repeated Guests and building strong customer Relationship for future Retention
