I'm currently, leading the Interest Groups, to establish and manage

1) DeepEgypt, An Idea-stage Deep-tech VC Fund (10-year EGP1bn to EGP 3bn). The fund is exclusively focusing on quantum computing applications, and AI.

2) For-export-only Fund (7-year EGP 1bn),

3) Rescue, M&A Fund (10-year EGP 1bn to 2bn).

On top of that, I oversee the strategic plan, and the P&L.

My role summary is to innovate business solutions for expanding the brand portfolio in the emerging markets. The following are the day-to-day functions, I perform:

— Performing necessary Strategic Planning and PESTEL Management.
— Implementing and supervising the Pan Arab World (PAW) expansion plan.
— Leading technical, logistics, sales and marketing, and administration teams towards full alignment with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set under the corporate's goals, and across all processes.
— Leading business partners (including legal), stakeholders, and value added distributors to achieve their KPIs.
— Monitoring Profit and Loss (P&L) account and other Key Financial Indicators to enhance profitability and increase the productivity.
— Leading Artificial Intelligence (supervised) and Quantum (annealing) Coding Units.
— Monitoring openings and growth performance plan.
— Managing the performance of media-buyers.
— Managing the performance of Corporate's Press Conferences and Media Coverage.
— Bridging gaps and resolving issues within the Emerging Markets Department's eco-system.
— Motivating teams to overcome stress and achieve better by devising useful information and statistics.
— Liaising with regulators and other governmental/semi-governmental bodies for the needed licensing and permits.

KNAS, is the Armenian Community School in Cairo, Egypt, and was established back in the '50s of the 20th-century to cater the equivalence of a K-12 certification.

Introduction:
In 2016, the community embarked on a project to completely reinvigorate the whole school to be able to compete in the 21st-century, my proposal have won, and I was awarded the project (Size: EGP 27 M, PLC: 3 years).

Role: Designing the KNAS Competency Improvement Project (KCIP) to be eccentric via five parallel orbits, being:

1- Leading a team of 5 Project Managers, 100 staff and 8 subcontractors, to fulfil the different project requirements.
2- Assessing, qualifying and deciding on the best strategy to adopt in favour to achieve the main goal.
3- Designing, Procuring, Purchasing, Constructing, Implementing, and Supervising of the many components of the KCIP, i.e., Academic and non-academic components, i.e., Building and Construction, ICT equipment, Lab equipment, Curriculum, Asymmetric Knowledge Curriculum…etc.
4- Recruiting, Hiring, and Training of both Academic and non-academic staff.
5- Implementing the Asymmetric Knowledge Delivery System that is aligned with job requirements at the ten most perceived academic and industries for the years until 2035.

I, have achieved the following:

1- Issuing the Master Plan, Procuring and Training of: 1- the academic staff on the new Oxford and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt NGSS curriculums, including the new PASCO lab equipment modules. 2- non-academics on how to support the new implementation through the integrated Alma School & Learning Management System (SLMS).
3- Launching and Implementing a successful 2300-hour (10 academic years) Asymmetric Knowledge Programme, with 82 students enrolled across all school's departments.
4- Tailoring a new timetable that fulfils the academic payload for the new teaching/research-like methods adopted.
5- Implementing Rubicon Atlas (a curriculum management system).
6- Enrolling in CERN's Schools Competition.
7- Launching of KNAS ecosystem that enables all stakeholders of the learning/research environment to orchestrate and tune to the main goals of the KCIP.
8- Retention of graduates and alumni to benefit from the Hi-tech labs i.e., Laser, 3D-printing, Particle Simulation…etc.
9- Budgeting and establishing Profit Centres and controls.
10- Achieving high rate of excellency in evaluation and mixed learning.
11- Achieving higher rates of approval from parents, students, academics and non-academics.

eVelop Inc., is a leading multifaceted mega developer, a member of ACFD Holding, and a Banque Misr company. The company designation is to develop self-sustained agro-industrial cities, and invest in research and development companies in the domains of renewable energy, soil-less cultivation, and non-conventional Information Technology.

My role and functions included the following:

— Restructuring, establishing and acquiring of four companies, to bolster the strategic expansion plan in the 21st-century (Company was established in the 1960s).
— Leading teams across the four companies to reach the strategic long and medium-term goal.
— Leading the design and implementation teamwork of The Guide Project in ElAlamein City, a 2150 acres, producing annual turnover of USD 300M, and employing assets of c. USD 1B.
— Signing the Green Corridor implementation agreement between the governments of the EU and Egypt via Italy (EUR 500M).
— Issuing the feasibility study for the Italian counterpart appointed to carry out the Green Corridor trial phase.
— Assisting in the implementation of the Mutual Agreement between the governments of Egypt and Sudan designated to import Sudanese livestock.
— Establishing the framework for implementing a project financed by the Debt-Swap Agreement (DSA) between the governments of Italy and Egypt, aimed at the rehabilitation of Nubareyyah Reefer and Sorting Warehouse for exporting perishable produce to the EU.
— Supervising the World Bank subcontract to modernise and transform The Azeri Ministry of Transportation's accounting system to migrate from the USSR accounting system to the EU one.
— Modernising all information technology systems in service to accommodate new reporting and compliance goals.
— Establishing intra-business collaboration pool between all the companies under the Holding.

2- Restructuring of all Cost Centres of the whole business, and establishing Responsibility Centres to monitor the efficiency of the margins generated.
3- Managing the showcase of the company, which allowed NIT to be selected by the MCIT (Ministry of Communications and Technology) to be a delegate amongst other 25 participants comprising the first Egyptian IT delegation to the UK.
