• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation across 6 pharmaceutical companies,
establishing comprehensive standard costing framework with material ledger
enabling parallel actual costing and multiple valuation approaches
• Configure multi-company organizational structure in SAP CO module including
cost center hierarchies, profit centers, and internal orders supporting both
standard and actual cost flows across all entities
• Establish and maintain standard cost estimates in SAP CO-PC for 500+
pharmaceutical products with detailed cost component splits (raw materials,
packaging, labor, manufacturing overhead) across all 6 companies
• Implement SAP material ledger and actual costing to capture true production
costs, enabling variance analysis between standard and actual costs, and
supporting management decision-making across the group
• Perform monthly standard vs. actual cost variance analysis identifying price
variances, quantity variances, and manufacturing deviations to drive
continuous cost improvement initiatives
• Design comprehensive Power BI reporting suite integrating SAP data from all
6 companies providing executive dashboards for cost variance analysis,
profitability tracking, and cross-company performance benchmarking
• Manage intercompany pricing and transfer pricing calculations in SAP
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate profit
attribution across the corporate group
• Lead and mentor team of 4 cost accountants providing SAP S/4HANA training
on standard costing methodologies, material ledger configuration, and multi
entity cost accounting best practices
