• Manage HR Process for +3000 Employees in 155 retail stores + 3 ready garment factories
• Responsible for implementing the HR department strategic plan;
• Prepare and manage the L&OD budget, develop and implement the company's learning & development plan;
• Develop and implement new methodologies for job evaluation, performance management, competency model, reward management, employee relations, HR administration services and any other related projects;
