• Providing leadership, driving coordination and integration of all design elements with client, Consultants and contractors.
• Ensuring that the assigned projects are progressing in accordance with their objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensuring that the requirements and concerns of the client, end-users, and statutory authorities are all properly addressed, processed, and coordinated by different stakeholders of the project.
• Preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations and ad-hoc reports, as well as communicating with top management and related stakeholders.
• Conduct Value engineering and cost saving sessions as well as risk management workshops.
• Determining design schedule and the anticipated milestones.
• Managing and supervising the production of design deliverables from inception to tender documents.
• Provide technical support and knowledge to support the company strategic and marketing plan.

• Preparing design reports and discussing/presenting them to clients.
• Ensure that clients’ inquiries are answered professionally and that their requests are handled with care and diligence and routed to the appropriate departments.
• Preparing and responding to clients’ inquiries/complaints are handled and timely resolved in a courteous manner with respect to the policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with business related departments/units (Contractors, Consultants, Finacial Dept., ..etc....) to gather required data and finalize all pending requests, complaints and inquiries for assigned area.
• Following up and monitoring the performance of the involved consultants and contractors.
• Prepare Design RFPs, tender evaluation reports; and managing the tendering process of Design consultants.
• Managing and supervising the production of design deliverables from inception to tender documents.
