 Processing Incoming and Outgoing Technical Submittals (Shop Drawings, As-Builts, Material Submittals,
Request for Information, Inspection Requests, Letters, MoM, etc) related to Supervision, Handover and
Maintenance Period.
 Updating Handover Trackers, Handover Presentations and Gateway 5 and 6 Presentations.
 Organizing and ensuring all project documents are accurately logged, recorded, distributed, signed and
accessible to the concerned individuals within the Team.
 Archiving of project documents in accordance with Data Management and Archiving System and
verifies/endorses that all documents are safeguarded and assures an effective and efficient method of
document retrieval when instructed and required.
 Create, Set-up and Maintain the project folder database system.
 Responsible for technical submittals / project documents distribution within the Team and prompt a review
cycle to deliver ahead of the given timeframe.
 Filling project documents / technical submittals (Hardcopies and Soft copies) proficiently.
 Liaising within the Team and concerned individuals for both Contractors and Project Management (PMC)
related to any deliverables and submissions.
 Delivers technical documents to PWA, PMC, Sub-Consultants & other Stakeholders (QAF, Kahramaa,
MMUP, MME) whenever it is essential, or a high-level instruction requires to be conveyed to attain rapid
submission and approval.

* Lusail Development Company is the client for the Project, which is one of the major highway and infrastructure projects
within the Lusail area at the north of Doha, Qatar. The project comprises of the following works within the scope:
(a) Highways and Highway Underpass Structures, and a multispan twin box overbridge at Marina Interchange and culvert
structure at the Wadi.
(b) Traffic signalling, Street lighting, cabling, feeder pillars and road crossing ducts
(c) Various infrastructure networks including the stormwater drainage network, irrigation system, potable water system,
treated sewage effluent \[TSE\] main lines, fire protection systems, ducting networks for Doha Street Surveillance System,
Qatar Armed Forces and Qtel and ITS, HV, LV electrical network, including 4 No. distribution substations.
(d) The design and construction of the CP4 Deep Stormwater Tunnel and associated vertical shafts.
(e) Design and construction of a Traffic Management Plan to allow continuous smooth flow of traffic for the duration of the
contract
(f) Re-location of certain known utilities affecting the immediate commencement of the main works.

maintained.

length and with a depth of 21.7 m. The 177, 500 m² open air landside three-level car-park is designed for 2, 000 cars and
50 buses with additional curbside access.
* Concourse 2 with its recognizable design covers 670, 000 m² comprising 4 basements connected to T3 and 6 upper floors,
and to C3 via underground APM. It connects to the existing C1 via super elevators forming dramatic features in the central
atrium. C2 is 90.8 m wide and 924 m covered by a elliptical-shaped metal shell intersected by arched windows and
tapering off at both ends. It accommodates 26 aircraft contact stands (including five A-380 aircraft stands).

Security Access Control System, Close Circuit Television, Public Address System and Fire Alarm System).
