Working for KIPIC Refinery, Engineering Services Team through IMCO Engineering and Construction as Civil Design Enginer

Responsible for handling MOC for different units of refinery.
Responsible for handling Space Reservation Request(SRR) for better land management with in the refinery.
Responsible for handling Engineering Study Request (ESR) to check the modification feasibility in existing structures of refinery.

I was responsible for handling Execution Project like RHM-II, WKO-I, in Burgan Area, my duties are to review contractor’s detail design calculation & structural detail drawings, as well as some FEED Projects of Short Term Water Management where I have to prepare technical specification and FEED drawings for tender purposes.

I have worked on company's business assignment in Seoul (South Korea) for Review Work of Pipe rack /Equipment Supported Structure/Pump Fdn. /Tank Foundation, etc. for Sand Oil Project (Suncor)-Canada.

My duties were to Analyze & Design of Sub Pipe rack and Equipment Supported Structure/Equipment Foundation/ Generator building/Process Interface Bldg. & Compressor Shelter, Substation building / Maintenance building etc.

Also to Prepare detail design calculation report in MS-Excel & Checking of GA Detail Drawings as well

I was responsible for design of structures/ foundations for Project (Jamnagar Export Refinery Project-JERP) where I have to check connection design submitted by contractors.

In addition, handling a team of Tekla draftsman, Checking of GA drawings and detailed fabrication drawings, extracted from Tekla Software.

Duties were also to design structures and foundation for pipe supports/Eqpt Fdn for of refinery units, visit of refinery site for giving solution to site related queries.

Design of steel connections of piperack Structures as per IS: 800/AISC for various structures of JERP Refinery Unit.

I was responsible for design of PEB Structures like shelters, warehouse for company clients where I have to get approval from Consultants/Clients, for Residential/Industrial building as well design of connections for the shelters/ warehouses etc.as per IS 800/AISC.

Checking of GA drawings and detailed fabrication drawings extracted from Precision Plus Software.

Duties were also involved handling a team of draftsman, for taking out detailed fabrication drawings to be sent to company’s Fabrication Shop in Greater Noida.

I was responsible for design of structures/ foundation for Project for their many client companies i.e. ONGC, GAIL etc.

As a Design Engineer, I have to get approval from Client’s prime consultant, EIL (Engineers India Limited) as well design of connections for the shelters/ warehouses etc.as per IS 800/AISC.

My duties were to Analyze & Design of Pipe rack and Equipment Supported Structure/Equipment Foundation/ Generator building/Compressor Shelter/ Fire Water Pump Shelter etc.

In addition, preparation of detail design calculation report & Checking of GA / Structural Detail Drawings developed by draftsman as well.
